This 5-day training course provides a comprehensive guide to developing and implementing Results Frameworks and Theories of Change. Participants will gain the skills to design robust frameworks that clearly articulate the intended impact of their projects, programs, and policies. The course is built on best practices and proven methodologies, enabling you to create logical, evidence-based models that drive effective planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
The course covers the core components of both a Theory of Change and a Results Framework, from defining long-term goals and outcomes to identifying key outputs and activities. We'll explore the critical link between these two tools, focusing on how a well-designed Theory of Change can inform and strengthen your Results Framework. The training also includes practical sessions on stakeholder engagement, indicator development, and using these frameworks to improve project management and learning.
